❝An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure❞
- Benjamin Franklin
Meet the Founder
It all began when Sean Courtright, a long-time Boise Contractor, was discouraged by seeing friends and family with growing lists of home repairs and no one to take care of it. Sean, who has over 10 years of home building experience and a background in program management, worked closely with trusted trade partners and technology experts to create a better, more enjoyable home ownership experience. It became his mission to create a prevention-based home maintenance model with trusted experts to assist clients, and eliminate the stress of maintaining a home. With this, NextGen was created to serve the single purpose of making home ownership worry free.
